I posted as follows in another thread:

The post has gotten 7 likes at this point and I imagine many others are also hoping we will eventually be able to post there.

Michele has kindly replied, indicating that the addition of a NEW TOPIC button is in the works:

I thought I would post here to make a separate thread so that it will be easier to follow developments.

@Kirk_Masden,

We have worked with @cschalk_ws and have resolved the issue of creating posts in Tips & Tricks.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue.
