It doesn't seem to be possible to post anything in the Community Support category (It's because it is and supposed to be read-only.)

As you can see, the Community Support category is read-only.

I suggest the wording on pages which reference the Community Support category is changed to reflect that, or that there is some instruction posted in the Support category which clearly informs the user about this. I don’t think the hint/description of the category Site Feedback is obvious enough… else I wouldn’t have written this, or my other posts about the elusive Community Support category.

@kim_nilsson - The Community Support area is read only, because they are self-help support articles only. The Site Feedback board is where users can post for additional assistance with the site if it is needed or to request ideas for enhancements to the site.

Yup, I see that, but the words in the About forumssays I can post there.

“If you have a question about how the forums work or where to post, feel free to ask in the Community Support category.”

@kim_nilsson - Thank you for pointing that out. We will revise that sentence. We did reorganize and forgot to update that section.

@kim_nilsson - We have updated the About page verbiage to reflect a more clear direction.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

That’s great.

Next up, the email notification still says that it’s possible to reply to the email to post.
