Based on this documentation,
You can set the duration of the time travel window, from a minimum of two days to a maximum of seven days.
Currently, there is no self-service option in the Google Cloud Console or through a gcloud command to increase the time travel window beyond the default seven days. You might consider reaching out to Google Cloud Support to explore whether any accommodations can be made for your specific needs.
