Pivot table not refreshing correctly

Hello,

I have created a pivot table on my report that is based off of a blended data source. It is practically identical to another pivot table sourced from blended data on my report. The problem is that I cannot change the sorting on the pivot table without LS providing this error page:

Have I hit a memory limitation on this page? This is blended data source #3 that I have on this page, pivot table #2. Please advise.

To refresh a pivot table in Looker Studio, you can:

  • Select the three-dot menu: In the pivot table, select the three-dot menu, then select Refresh Options
  • Select : Refresh Options in the Explore sheet Select Refresh Options in the Explore sheet

You can also change the default data refresh rate for a data source by:

  1. Editing the data source

  2. Clicking Data freshness at the top

  3. Selecting a new refresh option under Check for fresh data

  4. Clicking Set Data Freshness

    Looker Studio automatically refreshes cached data for each data source used in a report at certain intervals.

Hello,

I do not need to refresh the data, nor do I see this as an option when I select the three dot menu as instructed:

I believe this is because it’s a blended data source.
