Persistent "Error Configuration" (ID: 1e0624f9) - Google Sheets Source failing after months of stability

Hi Community,

I’m facing a critical issue with a Looker Studio dashboard that has been running smoothly for months. Suddenly, all charts connected to a specific Google Sheets source started showing:
“Error Configuration: Data Studio was unable to connect to your data set. Error ID: 1e0624f9”.

Here is the situation:

Source: Google Sheets (Corporate account, I have Editor access).

Behavior: The connection fails specifically for this file. If I copy the data to a fresh Google Sheet, it works fine for a while, but the original work file remains broken.

No Changes: No columns were renamed, no headers were moved, and no new sheets were added before the error started.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve already taken (None worked):

Refresh Fields & Reconnect: Tried “Edit Connection” and “Reconnect” multiple times.

Clear Filter Views: Confirmed there are no active “Filter Views” (green lines) or hidden rows in the source sheet.

IMPORTRANGE: I tried creating a “bridge” sheet using IMPORTRANGE to bypass potential metadata corruption, but Looker Studio eventually shows the same error on the new sheet as well.

Row Clean-up: Deleted thousands of empty rows at the bottom of the sheet to ensure the file isn’t too heavy.

Permissions: Confirmed that my account still has full Editor permissions.

Is there a known bug regarding Error ID: 1e0624f9? It seems like a backend cache or API throttling issue related to the specific File ID. Any advice on how to force-reset the connection without rebuilding the entire dashboard?

Thanks in advance!
