Hello!
I make an automation and if there is a new entry in app it creates a pdf from a doc template.
Everything is looking fine within the doc, but somehow the pdf doesn’t hold the format what i previously set up.
In PDF all messed up, the font sizes, the distances, etc.
Doesn’t matter what is the type of the fields (text, long text).
I wonder how can i solve this problem. Should i use html template instead of pdf?
Depends on who you ask this question, the answer could be “Absolutely!” or “It’s not needed”.
HTML/CSS never let me down.
FYI, GDocs/MSWord templates get converted to HTML/CSS before the backend adds the content and then generates the PDF, so my suggestion is: If you know at leats some HTML/CSS, go ahead!
