Upon creating an automation, any new entry in the app triggers the generation of a PDF from a document template. While everything appears correct within the document, the resulting PDF does not retain the formatting I had previously set up. The PDF displays issues such as font size discrepancies and incorrect spacing
PDF generation does not support all document formatting features. Font sizes should be recognized. As for incorrect spacing, that depends on how you have implemented it in the template.
It would be helpful if you showed your template and the resulting PDF highlighting the discrepancies you wish resolved, then we can provide more advice.
I will say this, generally speaking, it is best to control spacing and alignment using document tables and then hide the table borders.
