OAuth verification stuck since 2026-07-10 — homepage requirement fixed, but no Trust & Safety email received (PII Removed by Staff)

Hi, our OAuth app verification has been stuck in “Branding under review” status since 2026-07-10. The Verification Center flagged: “Your app doesn’t meet homepage requirements — no link to privacy policy on the homepage.”

We’ve since fixed this — our homepage (URL Removed by Staff) footer now includes working links to both our Privacy Policy (URL Removed by Staff ) and Terms of Service (URL Removed by Staff), and these exactly match what’s registered in the OAuth consent screen branding settings.

However, we were told to reply to the email thread with the Trust and Safety team to trigger a re-review, but we have never received any email from google-cloud-compliance@google.com, even after thoroughly checking spam, promotions and all mail folders in our registered developer contact address. We also proactively sent an email to google-cloud-compliance@google.com explaining the situation, but have received no response.
