OAuth brand verification stuck — privacy-policy-link issue already fixed, but Trust & Safety email never arrives

Our OAuth app “広告データ分析ツール” ([PII Removed by Staff], User type: External, Publishing status: In production) is in brand verification for a sensitive scope (auth/bigquery). The Cloud Console shows one pending item under “Homepage requirements”:

The homepage does not display a link to the privacy policy. (Last reviewed: 2026-07-08)

This is already fixed. Our homepage (URL Removed by Staff) links directly to our Privacy Policy at https://hey-now.jp/privacy/ (and Terms at hey-now.jp/terms/).

Root cause: the links previously pointed to /privacy (no trailing slash), which returned a 308 redirect to /privacy/. We changed every link to the canonical trailing-slash URL, so they now return HTTP 200 with no redirect. The domain hey-now.jp is verified in Search Console, and the privacy policy is hosted on the same domain and linked from both the homepage and the OAuth consent screen.

The Console instructs us to “reply to the email from the Trust and Safety team,” but we have never received any email from google-cloud-compliance (at) google\.com. We checked inbox, spam, and trash on both the developer contact and the support email configured on the OAuth consent screen (both under the hey-now.jp domain). There is no “resubmit” button in the Console, and the “Last reviewed” date has not changed since 2026-07-08. We also emailed google-cloud-compliance directly one day ago, with no response so far.

Could someone from the Google team please re-trigger the review, or advise how to proceed when no Trust & Safety email is ever received? Happy to provide any additional details (screenshots, etc.). Thank you.
