I’m requesting a status check and escalation on my OAuth app verification.

Timeline:
- June 30, 2026: Initial verification submitted
- June 30, 2026: Received email from Trust & Safety requesting a new demo video
- June 30, 2026: Resubmitted demo video same day via the email thread
- July 7, 2026: No further communication or status update received (7 days)
The verification is a hard blocker for launch. This is a commercial SaaS product — Signal is a Google Ads audit platform that requests read-only access to users’ Google Ads accounts to generate audit reports. The adwords readonly scope is the minimum required for the product to function. No data is stored beyond what is needed to generate the report, and no write access is requested at any point.
All requirements are in place:
- App is set to External, In Production
- Homepage publicly accessible
- Privacy policy live
- Terms of service live
- Domain ownership verified in Search Console
- Demo video resubmitted June 30 per Trust & Safety request
Could someone please confirm receipt of the video resubmission and provide an estimated timeline for completion? Happy to provide any additional information needed to move this forward quickly.
