OAuth verification stuck — never received Trust & Safety email, homepage requirement flagged

My OAuth app (project: PII Removed by Staff) is stuck on “Pending developer action” in the Verification Center. The verification progress shows a homepage requirements issue (privacy policy link), which I have now fixed. However, the instructions say to “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team” but I have never received any email from the T&S team — not in inbox or spam. I have resubmitted twice and still no email.

My Project number is: (PII Removed by Staff)

Project name: (PII Removed by Staff)
App homepage: https://cavnar.ai
Privacy policy: https://dashboard.cavnar.ai/privacy
Support email: (PII Removed by Staff)

Similar issue on our verification, didn’t receive any email from this team.

Same on my end, stuck in homepage without any email to reply to

What eventually happened then?

It gots resolved on its own

how long did it take?

First time 6 days, I got request to fix some issues in privacy/terms. I did fix it, resubmitted and then it took another 6 days

Wow! Thats awhile! Here is the message I got, day three still no email, sadly.

I’d like to chime in as another person who has the same issue. Thankfully, I already have old / expired branding that is published. However, we recently updated our entire brand identity. When I uploaded our new icon and branding information, we were declined.

The feedback from the Verification Center is:

Your app has not met branding guidelines requirements. Please resolve the following issues:

  • Your logo does not uniquely identify your brand and identity.

This is despite the fact that the logo is our custom-built, bespoke logo. It matches the favicon on our site. It is clearly aligned, thematically, with our trademarked wordmark that is also on the site. I even added the badge/icon itself to the footer of our homepage. It doesn’t look great there, but I figured then at least the exact same PNG file would be present on the homepage as what I uploaded. Still no success.

Seems that I now have the same issue as some of you. I’m told to reply to the existing email thread with Trust & Safety, but there isn’t one. My account has three distinct Developer Contact emails tied to it, and Google has not sent a message to any of them.

Suggestions from any of you here? Am I just out of luck for now because Google “doesn’t like” my company’s brand?

This happened to me too. Project ID cloudcoord. Had an error on the home page and an error on my consent screen. Both have been resolved, and I haven’t received an email thread from the Trust and Safety team yet.
