OAuth verification stuck in branding guidelines loop after manual review, no email received from Trust & Safety

Hello Google Developer Community and Trust & Safety Team,

My Google Cloud project is currently stuck in the OAuth branding verification phase due to an App Name mismatch flag, and I am requesting a manual review.

The console displays the following blocker:
“The app name shown on your OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on your homepage.”

Additionally, the console instructs me to: “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues.” However, no such email or thread was ever received across any of our project owner, editor, or support email inboxes (checked spam and trash thoroughly).

What I Have Already Verified and Fixed:

  • Literal Name Match: The app name on the OAuth consent screen is exactly what it needs to be. I have updated our homepage so that exact string appears identically in the <title> tag, the header, and the footer.
  • Domain Ownership: The homepage domain is fully verified under the exact same Google Account via Google Search Console.
  • Public Accessibility: The homepage and privacy policy are completely live, returning HTTP 200, and do not require user authentication to view.

Because there is no email thread to reply to, my project is trapped in a loop and cannot process the deployed fixes.

I am prepared to provide my Google Cloud Project ID privately to an authorized Google staff member or community manager to trigger a manual review update. Any assistance or direct escalation would be greatly appreciated. This has been a challenge for a while now.
