OAuth branding verification stuck — app name mismatch fixed, but no Trust & Safety email ever received

Hi Google team,

Our OAuth verification is stuck at “Pending developer action” because we’ve never received any email from the Trust and Safety team, despite the Verification Center instructing us to “reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues.”

Project details:

  • Project name: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • App name (OAuth consent screen): B-Games by Arzhaning
  • Home page: (URL Removed by Staff)
  • Contact email (project Owner / OAuth support email): (PII Removed by Staff)

Issue found during branding verification: “The app name shown on your OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on your home page.”

What we’ve done to resolve it: We updated the app name on the OAuth consent screen and the home page (page <title>, header text, and logo) so they now match exactly: “B-Games by Arzhaning”. We also fixed a separate issue where our homepage was rendering blank for automated crawlers due to a client-side loading gate, which likely also contributed to earlier “homepage requirements” flags.

The problem: We’ve thoroughly checked our inbox (including Spam, Promotions, and All Mail, searching for from:google-cloud- and related terms) and have not received any email from the Trust and Safety team at any point in this process. Since the Verification Center requires us to reply to that email thread to move forward, we’re stuck with no way to notify Google that the issues have been resolved.

Could someone from the team please help trigger a manual status refresh or point us to an alternative channel to confirm the fix and resume the review? Happy to provide any additional details needed.

Thank you!
