Hi Google team,
Our OAuth verification is stuck at “Pending developer action”. The Verification Center instructs us to reply to our email thread with the Trust and Safety team, but no such email has ever arrived.

Current finding (last reviewed Aug 1, 2026):
“The app name shown on your OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on your home page.”
What we have done:
The exact string “CulinaryBiz” now appears on the homepage in the document title, the navigation brand as a single unbroken word, the H1, the hero description, the footer brand, and the copyright line. The consent screen logo has been updated to match. Verified via Search Console URL Inspection (Test Live URL) in both rendered HTML and screenshot. The homepage is publicly accessible, server-rendered, with no login wall or redirect. Privacy Policy and Terms are live on the same domain and linked from the footer. Not sure which part that still doesn’t match, could you point it out?
Where we are blocked:
We have no email thread to reply to. Checked:
- Both addresses under Developer contact information and the user support email
- Spam and Trash on all of the above (in:anywhere)
- The Cloud project owner’s account
Could a community manager please trigger a status refresh or route this to the Trust and Safety team? Happy to supply screenshots or any further detail.
