OAuth verification stuck — issues resolved, but no Trust & Safety email ever received (PII Removed by Staff)

Hi, hoping a community manager can help trigger a status refresh or escalate to the Trust & Safety team.

Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
App name (OAuth consent screen): Fellow AI
Application home page: (URL Removed by Staff)

The situation:
Our app went through brand verification. The Verification Center says: “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues.” However, we have never received any email from the Trust & Safety team. We checked Inbox, Spam, and All Mail on the developer-contact address and all project-owner accounts for google-cloud-compliance@google.com — nothing has arrived, so there is no thread for us to reply to.

The flagged issue and how we resolved it:
The only remaining issue is: “The app name shown on your OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on your home page.”

These already match exactly:

  • The OAuth consent screen displays “Fellow AI” (“to continue to Fellow AI”).
  • The home page at (URL Removed by Staff) displays “Fellow AI” as its page title, its main heading (H1), and its og:site_name.

The page is publicly accessible (HTTP 200, no login wall), on our authorized domain, explains the app’s purpose, and links to our privacy policy and terms of service.

What we need:
Since we cannot reply to an email we never received, could someone please either (a) re-trigger / refresh the verification review, or (b) tell us the specific difference the check detected between the two names so we can correct it? We have also emailed google-cloud-compliance@google.com directly with screenshots.

Happy to provide any additional details. Thank you.

If you never received the Trust & Safety email, there isn’t a self-service way to restart that part of the verification. Make sure the developer contact email on the OAuth consent screen and all project owners have checked spam and quarantine folders, then reply through your existing OAuth verification case or use the OAuth verification support form to request that the Trust & Safety team resend the instructions or refresh the review. Only the verification team can confirm why the name check is still blocking the process or re-trigger the assessment.

Yes i checked everywhere the mail wasn’t there, directly mailing them about this helped, got a reply from them today.

I am also facing this same issue, did you email to this address: google-cloud-compliance@google.com?
