but the problem is the developer email didn’t received any email thread for that purpose.
I have checked my entire email from spam, promotions, inbox, updates ,trash , etc but no email received from them or for this case.
Also there is no info on contacting their team regarding this issue. If anyone have a way to reach out to their team , it will be a great help.

Hey @ELITE_MAKER, I know its confusing, but the email is not sent right away.
It can take up to a couple of weeks before you hear back from the Trust and Safety team .
As a workaround, you might try changing the logo or contact email to re-trigger the verification process. You can find similar user experiences in this public tracker.

Hi @Andrew_B – I’m facing a similar issue waiting for a “Trust and Safety” team email, which iis frustrating since the only issue was resolved in just a minute. Two pieces of feedback:
Can you please add a button to these verification flows to simply ask for re-verification instead of relying on a slow email process?
If the email takes weeks, can you update the doc to say that instead of referring to what sounds like an already-sent email?
Overall this flow seems to be very inefficient and confusing a lot of people. In my case, I followed all the steps listed in the Oauth page, and the problem is that “verifying domain ownership” wasn’t in the list of steps in the docs, so I didn’t know I needed to do it until after pressing submit-for-verification. It was trivial to add the required CNAME or TXT field to my DNS to do that ownership validation, but now as a result I’m stuck in a long indefinite multi-day wait instead of a quick verificaiton that should have been complete on day 1.

Submitted OAuth verification on December 15, 2025. Verification Centre shows CASA assessment required, but no email received from Trust and Safety team after 36+ hours. Happy to provide project number via DM if that helps. Thanks.
Hey @Andrew_B same issue here. The flow is saying that my privacy policy isn’t available from my homepage, even though the HREF link to the privacy page is clearly in the HTML file for the homepage. Submitted for review and then got a notification that said that the trust team had sent me an email, but no email has shown up and I’ve checked all of my folders. Can provide project number via DM if needed

It’s most likely that the email wasn’t actually sent yet - the text in the flow is wrong. (The eng team is going to update the verbiage so it’s more accurate.) If after a couple of days you still don’t receive I will try to escalate for you.

Hey @Andrew_B. I am facing the similar issue. I applied for verification on Feb 6, 2026, later it said “You are required to complete a CASA security assessment for your app. Follow the instructions in the email you received from the Trust and Safety team to complete the CASA assessment.“ and didn’t yet receive the email from the trust and safety team. I have checked both User Support Email address as well as Developer Contact addresses. Please advise on this. Thank you for your co-operation.
Hey @Andrew_B , I have the same issue where I’ve applied for verification because the scrapper coudn’t find a herf link to my privacy policy. It said “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues. The Trust and Safety team will continue the verification process once all issues are resolved” but I have not received any email regarding the issue from any of my emails.
