Notifications Going to Spam

Some of my clients reported that email notifications are going to their spam folders. These emails are time-sensitive, so it’s important they receive them properly.

Is there any way to reduce the chance of emails being marked as spam?

Appreciate any tips or best practices, thank you!

Please help fix yes, I have same complaint from clients sending from AppSheet, their emails to clients from platform are landing in Spam…

Hello, Are you sending email to a specific domain ?

No, their clients have various domains.

Some to Hotmail.com some to Gmail. Com and others to their relevant business domains..

All are landing in Spam on my side…

It’s a shame, I think the easiest thing would have been to advise clients to whitelist AppSheet domains. Additionally, you could review the email content and structure. In the past, some AppSheet emails were flagged as spam due to changes in formatting, for example, missing subject lines, even when they were configured in the workflow or automation.
Make sure your email templates in AppSheet include clear subject lines and well-structured content.

Hope it’s help, good luck!

I contacted AppSheet Support directly, and they advised that the recipients should remove noreply@appSheet.com from their spam folder. They also confirmed that there’s no action that can be taken from the developer’s side
