I have been using AppSheet to send automated emails for more than 6 months, and this is the first time the emails I send have gone to the recipient’s spam folder in Gmail. I even tried sending a very simple message like “Hello” but it still went to spam. Could someone help me fix this issue?

In general, the action will need to be at the recipients’ end in their email settings rather than you controlling it as an app creator.
I tried sending it to my own email address and it also ended up in the spam folder.
Were you using your own domain? If so, check your DNS configuration or check your domain reputation.
Delivery to your spam folder is entirely determined by your mail configuration and the configuration of your email service provider. Contact your email service provider for help.
I use domain of appsheet bro, not own domain
Spam handling is done by the receiving end, not the sender. Something changed on your end. Contact your email service provider.
Some of my colleagues and I also jad this issue in the last couple of weeks, for just some of the bots emails. The training with “not spam” seems to have worked for us.
I’ve met this issue before with my user. Sometimes email assume as spam if your email subject contains special characters. I see your email subject contain “#“, The # might be the culprit.
