My project was suspended for cryptocurrency mining (unauthorized - project was compromised by third party) and has been reinstated. However, external network access is still completely blocked.

Impact: Medical clinic website offline for 2+ days, affecting patient access to healthcare services.

Please remove residual network restrictions from the suspension.
