Need help navigating a situation with Google Cloud. They are saying I am phishing. How do I navigate solving this?

I don’t know if this is the right place but I didn’t know where to go with this. If someone can offer direction, I would appreciate it.

  1. My project was hit with a suspension by Google Cloud on July 21st, flagged for allegedly hosting phishing content.
  2. We checked everything: We immediately went through all our code, specifically app.js and Auth.js. We couldn’t find any malicious code, tricky forms, or anything misleading. The app just uses standard Firebase authentication and doesn’t ask for sensitive financial details directly.
  3. Appeal sent, but no word: We submitted an appeal on July 22nd (PII Removed by Staff), but it’s been five business days now, and we haven’t heard anything back.
  4. Can’t open a support ticket: Since we’re on the free tier, we can’t open a direct support case. Plus, we’re getting a “Write access denied” error when we even try to create one for the project, even though our billing account looks fine.
  5. Forum troubles: We tried posting for help on the Google Cloud Community Forums, but the category selection seems broken, so we couldn’t even submit our question there.
  6. Asked on Stack Overflow: As a last resort, we’ve put a detailed question up on Stack Overflow, hoping to get some community insight on the appeal delay, how to get reinstated on a free tier, and what’s up with that “Write access denied” error.
