Need AppSheet App: Vehicle Receiving Form + WIP Tracker for Auto Workshop

Hi AppSheet Community,

I’m looking to build a small app for my automotive workshop (Nex Auto). The goal is to digitize vehicle check-ins and track work-in-progress. Here’s what I need:

1. Vehicle Receiving Form / Check-in:

  • Customer Name, Contact, Email

  • Vehicle Make & Model, Year, VIN, License Plate, Mileage

  • Service Requested

  • Vehicle Condition (Exterior, Interior, Tires, Fluids, Notes)

  • Pickup Type (In-shop / Curbside / Mobile)

  • Date & Time of Check-in

  • Received by (Staff)

  • Customer Signature (digital)

  • Optional: Photo upload for vehicle condition

  • Others

2. WIP Tracker (linked to Vehicle):

  • Job Card / Vehicle ID (reference to Vehicle Receiving)

  • Assigned Technician

  • Task / Job Description

  • Status (Not Started / In Progress / Waiting Parts / Completed / Delivered)

  • Start Date / Expected Completion

  • Notes / Observations

  • Date Completed

  • Others

Requirements:

  • Mobile and tablet-friendly

  • Ability to update WIP status in real-time

  • Simple dashboard view of all vehicles and WIP progress

What I’m looking for:
