Looking for AppSheet Developer – Workforce Operations System

We are looking for an experienced Google AppSheet developer to design and build a workforce operations and visibility system for a multi-location service business (~200 employees). The system will serve as an operational layer above our existing payroll and scheduling tools, consolidating workforce data into a single platform for management visibility and reporting.

The application should use a clean relational architecture (Google Sheets or SQL backend) and include core entities such as Employees, Locations, Roles, Compensation History, Role/Transfer History, Incidents/Discipline, Training/Certifications, and Manager Reviews. Managers should interact with the system primarily through structured mobile-friendly forms (e.g., raises, promotions, disciplinary actions, training completions), while leadership will access dashboards showing workforce health and operational metrics such as headcount by location, staffing gaps, compensation distribution, workforce changes, and other key indicators.

The system must be designed for long-term scalability and maintainability, allowing additional fields, reports, dashboards, and integrations (such as schedule data, payroll summaries, and bonus tracking) to be added over time without breaking the database structure. Experience designing data models, automation workflows, and AppSheet dashboards is important. Mobile usability for field managers and strong data integrity are key requirements.

Ideal candidates have experience building operations, workforce management, or field service systems using AppSheet or similar no-code platforms.
