The SUBMIT FOR REVIEW button on the Store Listing tab of the Google Workspace Marketplace SDK is permanently greyed out for my project. Hovering it shows only the tooltip “Currently disabled”. There is no error message anywhere on the page.
Project number 1042809249817 (project ID [PII Removed by Staff]), a Google Sheets editor add-on.
What I have ruled out:
The Store Listing is complete: all required fields filled, zero validation errors.
Save Draft works and becomes enabled as soon as any field changes, so the form itself is functional.
Saving a change inside App Details (the change type documented as triggering a review) does not enable the button either.
OAuth branding is verified and published; data access verification is not required, as the app requests no sensitive or restricted scopes.
OAuth publishing status is In production, App Visibility is Public.
The app has never been submitted, rejected or published; its Marketplace URL returns 400.
This looks like the same problem as issues 516949572, 525581070, 485397135 and 472181394, none of which have had a reply. I also filed 544339015. In my case the listing has never entered review at all, which rules out rejection state as the only trigger.
Is there a known workaround, or does the listing state have to be reset on Google’s side?
