Hi all,
Our Google account ([PII Removed by Staff]@signfordeaf.com) that owned our published
Marketplace listing was accidentally deleted on approximately July 7, 2026
(2 days ago). We re-created an account with the same email, but it’s a new
identity with no access to the original GCP project.
Listing (still publicly visible, but installation fails with “app removed”):

From Cloud Shell we get:
“Account not found for email: (PII Removed by Staff)@signfordeaf.com (404)”
followed by PERMISSION_DENIED on gcloud projects describe.
Since the deletion was only ~2 days ago, the project should still be within
the 30-day soft-deletion window. We’re looking for the right team/process to
restore the project and transfer ownership to the re-created account.
We own the signfordeaf (URL Removed by Staff) domain (verifiable via DNS TXT).
