Hi Google Team,
I am completely blocked from setting up prepayment in Google AI Studio and need a manual backend sync for my account.
When I navigate to the Billing tab and click the “Set up prepay” button, it immediately throws an “Error during billing setup” message. My account currently shows as a “Paid 1 - $250 Billing Account Tier”. On my API keys page, my main project is actively listed under the “Tier 1 - Postpay” billing tier. I cannot switch it to prepay because the payment module fails to load.
Here are my exact details for the manual refresh:
Billing Account Name: My Billing Account
Billing Account ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
Project 1: Gemini Project 2 (ID: PII Removed by Staff)
Project 2: Default Gemini Project (PII Removed by Staff)
I am currently trying to resolve this from the browser on my Oppo Reno 14, but the UI continues to block the payment flow. Could someone please manually sync my billing state so I can proceed?
