Gemini API enforcing Free Tier quota after billing upgrade

I upgraded my Google Cloud billing on July 10, 2025 (Billing ID: 01906D-4001A2-0C2BCA).
My project is correctly linked to this billing account.

In the Quota Dashboard, I see paid-tier limits (150 requests/min, etc.).
But the Gemini API returns 429 errors, citing “Free Tier” quota IDs.

This indicates a backend sync issue — the API server hasn’t recognized my billing status.

Please escalate this and update the quota enforcement.
