Make chatbot first speak

Hi,
I want to make my chatbot first speak.
For example,
Hi there,
How can I help you?
Complain,Question,Suggestion (Buttons)

As far as I understand there is an intent attribute (adding to publish code) to do that.
But when I move user to beginning of the flow it doesn’t speak first.
How to solve it?

Which event should I use?

You should Use a custom Event, with the name you prefer, then put this name as value for the intent variable, defined in the df-messenger tag.
