Looker Studio Not Working: Google Workspace

After February 2025 we started to realize (maybe because of a Pro Upgrade needed) where my organization keeps an organizational shared Google Sheet in a Shared Drive containing data that is used with LookerStudio to represent data. As of today, Looker Studio no longer will read the data from these Google Sheets. The only way to connect with Data is to open through Drive to locate the file but the website screen goes blank.

We tried even moving our Sheet into our individual My Drive and creating a report individually, continue to get a Data Set Configuration Error but we have configured dimensions and metrics as we have done before.

Even tried pulling data set from Excel, no luck. Anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know of a solution? Thank you.

I’ve been having the same issue (and a few others in this Community) with no solutions.

I don’t think this has to do with needing pro. I think they are having issues today
