License for a deployed app vs prototype - request refund

The team developed an AppSheet app and the plan was to keep it under prototype mode. It was deployed and after sometime it got blocked as we used security filters. This morning, I spent so many hours researching to fix the problem and finally decided to purchase 3 licenses core plan $10/user/month.

Then I discovered that I can un-deploy the app to solve the problem. After that I immediately (few moments later) I changed the plan back to the free option. But now my credit card is charged for 3 users.

I sent an email to sales support asking for the refund.

I appreciate if you let me know how to get a full refund.
