I’ve recently started migrating my dashboards to LookML and am planning to use the sync_lookml_dashboard API endpoint to keep my user-defined dashboards (UDDs) in sync with the LookML source.
However, I’ve run into an issue with tabs — after syncing, only the first tab from the LookML dashboard appears in the UDD. The remaining tabs are completely missing, even though tabs are fully supported and display correctly on UI-built dashboards.
Has anyone else experienced this when migrating to LookML dashboards and using the sync process? Is this a known limitation of the sync endpoint, or could there be something in my LookML definition causing only the first tab to carry over?
Any guidance or workarounds would be hugely appreciated!
