I am working on a dashboard in which I have a age with several features from a query. In this page I have a date control filter and all the filters on this page are working correctly. I need to replicate this page, creating a similar page, but with the data coming from a blend.
When I tried to do this, I have noticed that the Date Range Dimension field disappeared and the date filters no longer work. Is there any way to circumvent this and apply a date filter to these visualizations? Or do I need to have it as another query in order for it to work?

What do you mean please by "Date Range Dimension field disappeared "? In the blending table configurations?

I cannot share the configuration since it has sensitive details, but it basically a join of two tables, with a common identifier and a date field coming from table 1.
It has disappeared in visualizations in which I am using the blend. I don’t know if it is relevant but I have copied the page with the regular data source and change the visualization source to the blend. But anyhow, in visualizations with the blend as a data source I cannot add anything to the data control range.
Ok. Can you adapt your blending to include the date dimension as part of the configuration (as a table dimension at least, and as key if necessary, regarding the nature of blending). So, the dates will be available on the charts requiring to display them.

Got it hadn’t noticed that there was a field for date range dimension when creating the blend. Thank you!

Similar to @HugoTorres , I thought I was going to be out of luck in terms of using a date range control (or the date range dimension) with blended data. This thread was super helpful to see that I had missed adding my date dimension to the ‘Date Range’ section in my blend.
I’m just adding a photo to help illustrate what you two discussed, in case someone else comes along with a similar question related to using blends.
