In Google dialogflow cx on the basis of phrases agent not redirected to page

Hello,

I am new here as dialogflow cx user.
I configured the flow, pages, intent and entity,

and once I started testing based on phrases the agent did not open or redirect to a particular page it worked intermittently there.

when i want to record abdominal pain-related details it goes to the weakness or fever page. but I have not added any phrases there for abdominal pain(weakness/fever intent )

attaching screenshots please check and reply it will be really helpful for me.

@xavidop that’s the final state when you want to redirect to the next page.

my concern is that at the start time, I am not redirected to particular intent. it is working but intermittent.

That’s weird, it should work. Make sure when you are testing it, that you are testing the assistant from scratch.
