Today I’ve encountered an issue I haven’t seen before, on all my apps it appears to be struggling to load in images that are available within my Google Drive folder, have the correct file path and we’re loading onto the system as of yesterday.
I’ve tried to look at a small batch of job cards to see if there was a quantity issue but, the issue appears to persist on all data sets I have that include images, some of the images load through fine, others struggle but will persist if you click on the thumbnail and others that refuse to load regardless.
I’m not on the new mobile framework option or the desktop design option.
This is HUGE issue. I have an app with thousands of items, each with about 10 images and it has become unusable for a few hours. Where can we report this?
Dear All, The issue has been escalated to the engineering team with the utmost priority and the team is actively working on providing a fix as soon as possible.
I am based in South Africa and I am experiencing the same issue. I have already reported it and they confirmed that they are currently working on a fix, but it is very frustrating.
Google also needs to realise that for some of us our livelihoods depend on AppSheet, so issues like this have a real impact.

If that helps, yesterday it was a bug with “full resolution” image, not “default" resolution”.
Now also with default resolution.
