When connecting to a windows VM, there is a black screen with a command prompt. I can’t do anything, tell me, what can I do about it? I want to use a virtual machine!

You provisioned Windows Server Core, which doesn’t have preinstalled GUI. More info here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/server-core/what-is-server-core
I would recommend either reinstall Windows Server but with Datacenter image not Core, or install GUI via powershell commands.
