How to upload files to Google Filestore

I need to upload some of the local files to Google Filestore i dont find any step bt step procedure for the same.

Hello,

Please mount the Filestore file share on a Compute Engine VM (instructions). You can then copy your local files to Filestore via the mount point (instructions).

Yes, I would agree on everyone comments.

If you have an compute engine (Linux VM) >> you can then mount filestore on VM and upload files via the mount.
