Assign external IP to filestore instance

Hi, i am trying to find a way to assign an external IP address for GC FileStore instance with no success.
Any ideas how to do that?

Hi,

You must access Filestore via the VPC, see: https://cloud.google.com/filestore/docs/remote-mounting

Are you able to share more details on your use case? what you’re trying to achieve?

My goal is to create replication of local backup to google cloud using NFS. I need to map using NFS on local machine (Windows) local drive.
