Hi all,
We recently went through a company rebranding and migrated to a new Google Workspace domain (e.g. from @olddomain.com to @newdomain.com).
As part of this transition, we need to transfer ownership of over 500 Looker Studio reports from users on the old domain to users on the new one.
We’ve noticed that Looker Studio does not support ownership transfer across domains, and manually duplicating and sharing each report is not realistic at this scale.
We are administrators of both domains and have access to the reports.
Has anyone gone through a similar migration?
Is there a way to semi-automate this process, or is there an internal Google Support path that could help us with a bulk transfer?
Any advice or lessons learned would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

I don’t believe this is possible if they are outside of your domain (i.e. an external organization). If you have two subdomains in the same organization, however, I believe you can transfer between them.
You may just have to Make a Copy of the dashboard in the external organization account, but also make sure you are taking care of the data source ownership. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/1247799?hl=en&src=supportwidget0&authuser=0#knowns for some ideas. Heed the note on https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/studio/transfer-ownership regarding the inability to direct transfer:
Note: You can only transfer ownership within your domain. For Google Workspace and Cloud Identity users, this means transferring to another person in your organization. For standard (non-Google Workspace/Cloud Identity) users, this means transferring to another standard user.
