How to remove existing database connection from Appsheet

Hi everyone ,

Hope you are doing well. I am facing a lot error

 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, 
or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I checked while loading table from database connection it is taking a lot of time to load schema table

I created new database connection for the same server but still getting the same issue now I have three database connection

so I have two question

  1. How to remove existing database connection ?

  2. How to solve this issue I tried to increase the timeout error from cloud but that wont work. My database is hosted on AWS cloud so should I check firewall connection. The error goes of after multiple refresh but it keeps coming back.

Please share your suggestion really appreciate

Remove it from your appsheet account’s data sources. https://www.appsheet.com/Account/Account/Sources

Thank You Marc for the solution and I solved the other issue by adding the additional Google AppSheet IPs to the security group
