The data source connections are controlled through your Account Settings.

• Press the round initial in the top right corner in AppSheet - that should bring up a menu, select “Account Settings”
• From there you can find “Data Sources” as one of the tabs - far left.

Inside there you can manage the connections: add/edit/delete

If they share access with your account that has the apps, you’ll be able to see them in there.

As the question 2, Would you mind to show more detail step for choose other google excel, I add a database only can choose My Drive or upload.
