How to enable "auto BCC" feature for Google Workspace groups?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for an automatic method (i.e., routing rules) to ensure that if an email is sent from a group (groupname@domain.com), the same group receives the email in BCC.
Do you have any ideas?
