Hi guys,

My app was blocked and want to know whether we have no choice but to pay to reactivate the app.

AppSheet asked me to pay because i have more than 10 users so I reduced the number of users and they still blocked.

Do you guys have any idea why this happens ?

@yuma_sasaki, blocking the app happens automatically but only as a last resort after many days of account alerts and sync delays fail to get attention.

COuld you please send an email to sales@appsheet.com and let’s see if we can unblock you.

Thanks Praveen, I will do so right now. Today i paid $10 for publisher since it’s urgent to unblock the app for our work
