I’m experiencing a technical issue with GPU quota requests in Google Cloud. When I submit a request for NVIDIA T4/L4 GPUs

The system appears to accept the request

I receive a notification that I’ll be emailed

No request appears in my request history
-
No confirmation email arrives
This has happened multiple times over several weeks. The system seems to be failing to properly register or track my requests.
