Ola, I am trying to use Google Vertex AI image generator to create my own images, and I might begin using the Google music generator as well if this goes well enough.
However, I am running into problems with not being able to use certain features. I then put in requests, and I am not getting responses for my requests. Specifically, I am trying to use the Vertex AI media studio to generate images. When I input my own image, it gives me this error:
Image editing failed with the following error: imagen-3.0-capability-001 is unavailable.
From the research I have done, this means I need to input a request to allow myself this privilege, but I inputted multiple requests starting three months ago with no luck. The only thing I have been told is that I have been put on a waitlist, but it doesn’t tell me if I am moving up on that waitlist at all. I can’t tell what is happening and if Google cares at all. I want to know what is going on and whether I can use Google or if I should go and find some other service.
I first tried using Google Vertex AI a few months ago, and I was able to, but now I am trying to more of his features. How come I need to make a separate request each time I want to use something different in the studio and then have to wait for some amount of time before Google responses to me (and I don’t know how long I will need to wait)?
Can someone help me with the problems I am having with Google Vertex AI being too restrictive?
This is my first post, so I likely don’t know what I am doing.
Note: I tried inputting a technical support request straight to Google, but they denied me, saying that I did not have the permissions to do that.
