TLDR: Generating an email body from a Word document template works (respects font sizes and colours). Generating an email body from the same template, but as a Google Doc, does not work (text appears, but the font colours and sizes are not respected). Why? Can I get the Google Doc template to work? It’s an awkward flow and our company is a Google suite company.
