I am writing this post seeking urgent assistance regarding my Google Developer Program profile, which has been inaccessible for approximately one year.
The Issue:My previous Google Developer Program profile was available at: [link removed]However, the profile is no longer accessible. When I open this URL, I get the following error:“Profile not found – The profile might not exist, be private, or have been deleted.”At the same time, I am able to successfully sign in to my Google Account, but inside the Google Developer Program page, instead of my existing profile, it shows the “Join the program” button.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:I have already tried the following, but the issue remains unchanged:
- Tried different browsers
- Used Chrome Incognito mode
- Signed out and signed back in
- Directly opened the profile URL multiple times over the past 12 months
Previous Attempts:I have submitted feedback through the official Google Developer Program website multiple times over the past year. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution yet.
My Request:I am not looking to create a new profile. I am specifically requesting that the team investigate what happened to my previous profile.
- Could you please check if my profile still exists in your systems?
- Can you confirm if it was made private, deleted, or disconnected from my account?
- Is it possible to restore or re-associate my existing profile, badges, and achievements with my current account?
