I subscribed to the Google Developer Program Premium, however I was unable to redeem the Google AI Pro benefit included in the plan.
I have been contacting support since December 29, 2025, without any resolution. I also received an email stating that the support ticket was closed, even though the issue was not resolved.
This is a paid service with undelivered benefits and lack of proper support. I am requesting immediate escalation, ticket reopening, and access to the Google AI Pro benefit, or a definitive resolution to this issue.

Acabei de receber um e-mail informando que não terei direito ao benefício comprado: Informamos que o benefício de 3 meses do Google AI Pro expirou no final de dezembro de 2025 e não está mais disponível para ativação.
Com isso gostaria de estornar a compra, já que não terei direito ao serviço adquirido do pacote comprado.
