I am seeking guidance regarding a restriction on my Google account’s access to Google Cloud Platform.
My Google Cloud Platform access has been completely restricted. The restriction notice states that the system capabilities of Google Cloud Platform were used for activities that violate Google’s policies.
I submitted an appeal approximately four months ago, but I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my appeal.
Because of this restriction, I am unable to access Google Cloud services and other related services, including Google Antigravity.
I understand that the community may not be able to directly remove the restriction. However, I would appreciate guidance on the appropriate way to follow up on an appeal that has been pending for several months, especially since I cannot access the Google Cloud Console or the usual support options.
If there is an official channel where I can request an update or have my appeal status reviewed, please let me know.
