I’ve been facing a billing issue for my customer account since December 2025, and it is still unresolved.
I have had a partner promo code since 2016, but suddenly it stopped working. At first, I couldn’t even click the “Change” button. It took over a month of back-and-forth with support before that issue was finally fixed.
However, when I tried to proceed with payment, the promo code still does not work.
I have been emailing support continuously for over three months, and to this day, there is still no real resolution. Since Google acquired AppSheet, I expected better support — but instead, I keep receiving template-like responses or unclear replies that don’t explain what I should actually do (or whether I need to do anything at all).
This is not a complex issue, yet it remains unresolved after months. The communication has been vague, repetitive, and frankly, exhausting.
At this point, I feel forced to speak up. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
Honestly, it feels like it would be easier to rebuild the app using AI tools than to spend three months going back and forth in emails without any real outcome.
