Google account signup SMS verification fails for Indonesian 10-digit numbers

I noticed that Google Account signup on the web fails at the SMS verification step when using an Indonesian 10-digit phone number.

I tried three times, and each attempt failed with the same result. The signup process could not continue.

Is this expected behavior, or is there a supported phone number format for Indonesian numbers?

What product are you attempting to signup for? It appears you were able to signup successfully for the forums.

I was attempting to sign up for a Google Account on the web, not the forums. The issue occurred during SMS verification with an Indonesian 10-digit phone number.
