Hello,
I installed the latest version of GCDS on my ubuntu 20.x desktop and via GUI, the authorization worked correctly.
I tested via update-config -Oauth domain -c xml file script, and the error in the attached image occurs.
Any ideas?

Regarding the issue that you are facing with GCDS, I would like to mention that this product is being handled by the Workspace support team, so my advice here is to file a case with them, as they will be able to assist you further with your issue. You could check any of the options, to be in contact with them.
I would like to emphasize that during this process Workspace is another area of Google, and it is beyond GCP’s scope of support.

Hello emelgoza, thanks for the answer!!
I have talked twice with workspace technicians and they told me that GCDS is a question for the google cloud.
They don’t even know that this service is part of their support.

Please take a look here and here to validate Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) is a Workspace product. At the bottom of the first document you will find 2 links, 1 for creating a Workspace support case and another one to visit their community (just like this one).
If you are a Google Workspace Admin you can directly create the support case from the Admin Console or visit their forum here. Sample GCDS question as evidence here.
